She is a graduate from Miami University and has her Master's degree from Indiana Wesleyan.  Virginia is a native from the Cleveland Area and grew up and graduated high school in Lakewood, OH where her mom sold real estate and her dad was the principal.

I grew up in Lakewood, Ohio, and continue to live and work on the Westside of Cleveland. My husband, John, a Cleveland fireman, and I have been married for over 22 years and have raised four children. I earned a B.S in Education from Kent State University and an M.A. in Education from Cleveland State University.

My real estate career began when John and I started investing in and managing our own properties, and I have worked closely with him as he developed his own company as a Certified Residential Appraiser in 1997. I also had a staging and decorating business that worked alongside realtors, preparing homes to sell in a competitive market.

Being an educator for over 25 years has given me the ability to understand, build, and nurture relationships. I believe that my experience with the real estate industry, my success in the decorating business, and my commitment to making education an ongoing priority will allow me to provide the best possible experience for my clients.

Karry's previous experience and interests have led her to Real Estate. Karry York has a successful track record in sales and marketing along with business and finance.

Norah has been a member of The Lindsay Team since 2021. She specializes in working on the Westside of Cleveland, grew up in Bay Village and has also resided in Fairview Park and Lakewood. Norah loves helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals.

Denise DiVitto came to The Lindsay Team with prior real estate sales experience as a solo agent who was looking for a cohesive and experienced team to help take her career to a new level. Denise is a Cleveland native, raised in Brecksville and a graduate of Brecksville High School. After graduating from Bowling Green State University she moved to New York City to attend Law School and currently holds a Juris Doctorate degree. Denise relocated to Los Angeles and worked in the Music Industry, managing an independent record label and touring the United States, Europe, and Australia. After getting married and having 2 children, Denise worked for years as an investment consultant. Ultimately, Denise wanted to return home to Cleveland to be closer to family and raise her children.
